She has a Bachelor of Social Pedagogy, Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and has worked in HR and Management roles.
Sabine is a hiking enthusiast and explores challenging mountain tracks with a strong sense of direction and a curious focus on what lies ahead.
Tia MacDonald
Tia is an Executive Recruiter and Career Coach. She works with mid-to-senior professionals and managers at global companies advising on talent acquisition and career development.
She has a Bachelor of Hotel Management and has worked in HR and Management in the UK and Australia.
Tia is a pace setter and bar raiser. Whether it is a Tough Mudder, 6am Gym Session or a Hockey competition, she is pushing herself and others to be their best.
Lynette Green
Lynette is an Executive Recruiter and Career Coach. She works with mid-to-senior professionals and managers at global companies advising on talent acquisition and career development.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Hotel Management and has worked in Sales, Marketing and Management roles in global companies.
Lynette is a Yoga and Trail running enthusiast and usually at the front of the pack when leading our team on outdoor expeditions.
Pree Sarkar
Pree is an Executive Recruiter, Career Coach and Author. He works with executives at global companies advising on career strategy and talent management.
He is a Registered Master Practitioner in NLP (Psychology of Success), helping people to identify, resolve and overcome emotional barriers to achieving peak performance. He also has a Bachelor of Science, an MBA and is a Certified Predictive Index Analyst for Behavioural Performance in the workplace.
Pree is a food and travel enthusiast, a lifelong learner and enjoys all things personal development.
THE STORY
Pree Sarkar, our Director is rated as the Top 1% Recruiter by LinkedIn and #1 Bestselling Author in Job Hunting and Careers, by Amazon, for his book Switch.
But before all this happened … he lost his dream job, twice, due to major events like 9/11 and the G.F.C. The second time around, he had two kids under 5, a new (big) mortgage on a single income. An empty bank account and a full house.
It led to a lot of stress, anxiety and frustration… but, he figured out a way, repeatedly, to get jobs that he loved, was good at, got well paid and made a difference. This experience has given him a high level of empathy and deep insight into people’s journey of searching for a new job.
Since 2008, Pree and his team have been giving career changers and job seekers advice on how to land jobs they love, are good at, get well paid and can make a difference.

Worldwide, 385 million children live in extreme poverty. Poverty robs children of their basic rights to learn, play and grow. In its ugliest form, poverty can lead to exploitation, child labour and even death. It's unacceptable.
That's why we sponsor 21 children across the planet and provide food, medication, clothing and education through our partnership with Watoto and Compassion Australia.
